Eadlight Visual ("we") provides the mobile game ManneKingdom: Sword Duel ("the App"). The App does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal registration. Your game progress is stored on your device. The App displays third-party advertising, which involves the limited collection of device and advertising identifiers as described below.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, precise location, or health and fitness data. The App has no login, no user accounts, and no user profiles.
Your stage progress, sound and vibration settings, and whether you have purchased "Remove Ads" are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store this data on our servers. Deleting the App removes this data from your device; we keep no backup of it.
The App displays interstitial advertisements through Unity LevelPlay (mediation operated by Unity Technologies / ironSource) and the advertising networks it mediates. To deliver, cap, and measure ads, these third parties may process:
If you decline the tracking permission, the App still shows ads, but they are non-personalized. We do not sell your personal information.
These third parties act as independent controllers of the data they collect. Their handling is governed by their own policies:
"Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Payment is processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment card number, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. We receive only the anonymous transaction receipt needed to unlock the purchase and to restore it on your devices.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App contains stylized combat and is not designed for young children.
We operate no servers that store user data for this App. Data processed by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies. Communication with advertising services is encrypted in transit.
The App is available worldwide. Advertising partners may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under the safeguards described in their policies.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
